Aladin co to invest in regional city malls

'Everyone is investing in Sofia, Plovdiv and the Black Sea coast so we decided to be the first to arrive in some of the smaller cities that nevertheless have big potential in terms of catchment area,' said Harfan.
The company's inaugural project is Mall Pleven which has received a First Class Investor certificate from the nation's investment promotion authority.
The next shopping mall will be built in Kardjali where the necessary land plot has already been acquired.
The 80 mln lev Mall Pleven will have a built-up area of 47,000 sq m and will house around a hundred shops and a 2,000 sq m supermarket. The complex will also feature five cinema theaters, restaurants and 400 parking spaces.
Construction is scheduled to conclude in early 2010.(Dnevnik
