At present, a flat in downtown Varna sells at 850 to 1,200 euros per square metre, and those in the ritzy projects Lazur and Vuzrazhdane in Burgas seaside city sell at 500 to 1,100 euros. Agents expect the prices to creep up by another 3 percent by mid-summer. In the period January-June, the supply scaled up by 25 percent. The demand for small flats of approximately 70 sq. m. is the strongest.
