The quality of execution and systems in the apartment are at an extremely high level: • Completion: The apartment will be delivered with plaster and screed, ready for final finishing works to your taste. • Windows: High-class aluminum windows with four-chamber triplex glazing, low-emission glass and a heat transfer coefficient of 1.2 W/m2K have been installed, providing optimal heat and noise insulation. • Insulation: The walls are made of ceramic bricks on an elastic base to prevent the transmission of impact noise. The floor structure is 44 cm, including sound and heat insulation and 10 cm thick solid rock slabs. • Heating and cooling: The heating is individualized water-underfloor heating using coils in the floor in each room. The heating and cooling system is provided using heat pumps, and for cooling in the summer, heat pumps and ventilation ceilings are used. The temperature control in the rooms is individual through room thermostats. The building's domestic hot water supply (DHW) is also provided. • Electrical installations: The apartment is powered by a three-phase voltage panel, equipped with all necessary protective fuses and fault point protections. Installation is available from individual optical cables to the low-current panel for connection to the internet and television. • Plumbing installations: Water meters are capable of remote reading. All water pipes are thermally insulated, and the sewer pipes are soundproofed three-layer pipes with anti-odor valves. Access and security Access to the building is through independent pedestrian and car entrances. The building has a ventilated elevator, moving to all levels at a speed of 1.1 m/s. For security, a modern video intercom system, access control and 24-hour video surveillance are provided around the perimeter of the building, in the common areas and in the parking lot. An alarm system can be installed upon request. Parking The apartment has two parking spaces in an underground garage, accessible via a short and convenient ramp (15% slope), with a wide maneuvering area (6 m). Each parking space is provided with electricity and wiring for charging stations for electric vehicles. Each garage also has a separate storage room, as well as a place for bicycles.
